 We know you’re excited about getting started on your new skincare treatment system or that fabulous new skincare product. That’s why we make shipping easy, affordable and fast!

We offer: 

  • FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $150 

All orders must be placed before 1 p.m. EST, otherwise they'll be shipped the next business day. Weekends and holidays don't qualify as business days.

FREE shipping offers apply to: domestic U.S.  (United States) product orders only.

Out-of-Stock Items- If an item ordered is out of stock, you will be notified by email. You'll then have the option to wait until your item is in stock via backorder or you may cancel your order.


Unavailable or Incorrect Orders- 
All orders are subject to change/cancellation by Signature Skin Aesthetics  based on incorrect prices, specifications and/or availability of product.


Order Processing- 
Credit cards are charged upon order placement. Orders are processed in our system within two hours. Orders can't be canceled or modified once they're processed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If for any reason, we're unable to fulfill your product order, we'll immediately refund your credit card and advise you of your order cancellation.


Correct Shipping Information Requirement- 
Incorrect shipping or billing information to an alternate or wrong address entered by a user/purchaser may result in shipping delays and additional shipping charges to the user/purchaser. Refused packages and/or packages that can't be delivered for the reasons listed above will result in user/purchaser being charged a $25 “non-deliverable” fee or it will subtracted from any refund due.


Product Delivery-
 It is reasonable to assume that all (United States) standard delivery orders can be expected within seven to 10 business days. We ship out of New York and New Jersey, thus orders shipping closer to the East Coast will arrive sooner, while orders closer to the West Coast are likely to arrive later. All delivery times are estimates and the shipping carriers we use ultimately control delivery. Signature Skin Aesthetics isn't responsible for any delays in delivery that are beyond its control, such as acts of God/nature, transportation issues, carrier labor strikes and/or material loss. Unreceived orders must be claimed within 10 business days of USPS provided delivery tracking date.


DOT-restricted Products-
 The U.S. Department of Transportation doesn't allow certain items to ship via air freight. Items that are flammable and/or pressurized such as deodorants, hairsprays, fragrances and other combustible products must ship via ground shipment/delivery means only.

Signature Skin Aesthetics can't and won't ship DOT-restricted products to military addresses, international addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, all U.S. territories or any address that requires delivery by air freight.


Other Shipping Restrictions-
 Some product manufacturers have restrictions on where products can be sold. In these cases, Signature Skin Aesthetics  strives to set our systems to restrict the option to purchase an item based on your location. If we can't ship you an item, we'll inform you by email.


International Shipping-
  Sorry, but we no longer accept any international orders, including Canada, except under certain circumstances and at our discretion. Many of the manufacturers we represent don't allow us to ship internationally. So, we only process/ship products that we are allowed to sell by phone and at special request. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

In the event that we do ship to you: Credit cards are accepted for the U.S. and Canada only. All other clients from eligible countries must pay by using PayPal. See list of ineligible countries below. International shipping means added costs and potential time delays. All orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to Customs inspection. The destination country calculates Custom fees and/or taxes due. International users/purchasers of Signature Skin Aesthetics  products are responsible for any and all Customs fees and/or taxes. Fees are based on “total declared value,” which will be printed on your product-packing list. Itemized pricing of your purchase is available at checkout or in your user profile/information. Packages sent to the U.K. might also incur a Royal Mail handling fee.

On occasion, some countries' Customs Inspectors may hold packages for any reason they deem appropriate. We're unable to track these packages until 30 days after the original shipping date.

Any packages refused and sent back to Signature Skin Aesthetics  will not be refunded. Reshipping will cost additional fees/charges.

Return Policy:

Unopened/Unused Product Guarantee

If you change your mind or you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product/products to Signature Skin Aesthetics for a full refund. Returns or exchanges must be unused, in the original packaging and in the state that you received them. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your purchase date.

Partially Used Product Guarantee

We want our customers to be happy with our treatment systems and individual products. If you’ve tried a product and you’re unhappy with the results, we’ll share the cost. Simply return the open/partially used product within 30 days of your purchase for a 50 percent refund off your original purchase price, applied as a store credit. 
Refunds will be applied as a store credit only. No credit card or cash refunds. Refunds/store credits don't include a partial refund of original shipping cost.

Return/Exchange Process

To return or exchange an item/items, please follow the steps below:

  • Email us at signaturespany@gmail.com to initiate the return process. We'll need your name, account number, email address, phone number and your specific order number related to the items you want to return. NOTE: This step must be done first, before you ship the product(s) back to us!
  • Once your item/items are approved for return by a Signature Skin Aesthetics Representative, you can proceed.
  • Ensure that the items being returned are unopened, unused and in their original “new” condition.
  • Pack the item/items in the box you received them in or pack the item/items in a similar shipping box.
  • Include all printed material and the Signature Skin Aesthetics packing slip.
  • Return/include any promotional/free items you received with your purchase.
  • Print your original order number on the box and ship the item/items you’d like to return or exchange to:

Return/Exchange Policy

  • Shipping cost on all returns are the responsibility of the user/purchaser. We suggest you use a major shipping service like USPS, UPS or FEDEX. We also recommend you buy shipping insurance that matches the value of your purchase. We're not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged when returned to us.
  • All Items in our Return/Exchange process must be complete for your return to be eligible for an exchange or refund. We reserve the right to refuse a whole or partial return on any returned products.
  • Refused packages will be accepted for return, but user/purchaser will be billed a $20 service charge.
  • Shipping fees are refundable, only if Signature Skin Aesthetics  shipped you a wrong item.
  • * Partially Used Product Guarantee- Items/skincare products that are greater than 50 percent used are ineligible for a partial refund/store credit. Eligibility for our Partially Used Product Guarantee is completely at the discretion of Signature Skin Aesthetics representatives. We measure returned product/products by weight and by volume. Repeat returns on same items/products or repeat returns from same customer will not be approved for refund. Store credits only on approved returns. 

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. You'll receive the appropriate adjustment on your credit card as soon as we complete your return.
