Your appointment is very important to us! Scheduled time is reserved especially for you! Confirmations/Reminders of the date and time of your scheduled appointment(s) are a courtesy reminders that may be sent to you prior to your appointment day. Please understand that it is your sole responsibility to remember your appointment dates/times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. Cancellations/Reschedules/Missed Appointments less than 24 hrs before your appointment are subject to a charge of 75% of total service fee, with some exceptions of emergencies, accepted at the sole discretion of Signature Skin Aesthetics.

Same day Cancellations/Reschedules and No-Shows are subject to a FULL service price charge. Cancellations and/or no shows two (2) times in a row will require a full pre-payment for any future appointments. Please understand that when you forget or do not show up for your appointment without giving us enough or any notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list also miss the opportunity to receive services they need. All of our policies are designed to benefit our clients and to provide the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele. Thank you.
